Welcome to Helsingborg – The Pearl of the Sound!

At Helsingborg Convention & Event Bureau, we work to bring the city to life through meetings, conferences, congresses, sporting events and cultural events. We support you as an organiser throughout the entire process – from the initial idea to a successful event. Our advisory services are free of charge and impartial, helping you find the right solutions for your specific needs.
Helsingborg offers high-quality meeting venues for groups of 10 to 1,500 people, along with approximately 2,000 hotel rooms in the city centre.
We have experience hosting meetings and events at the highest level, from NATO's Foreign Ministers' Meeting to the World Choir Games, as well as smaller, more intimate conferences – always with quality, commitment and personal attention at the heart of everything we do.
Getting here is easy, with the central railway station right in the heart of the city and direct train connections to destinations including Copenhagen Airport (Kastrup) and Gothenburg. The ferry to Helsingør departs just steps from the station, taking only 20 minutes to reach the beautiful Danish town, home to the magnificent Kronborg Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
