When customers use your link, you\u2019ll see this in the exhibitor portal, where you can book meetings ahead of the trade fair. <\/p><p>Your username is the email address you provided when booking your stand, and you have chosen your own password. If you have forgotten your password, you can have it sent to you by clicking the \u201cForgot Password\u201d button. <\/p><p>Under \u2018personnel\u2019, you can add the people who will be working on the stand. It is important to do this before the trade fair, so that you can print out the exhibitor badges smoothly on arrival on the set-up day. Under \u201cguests\u201d, you can invite your existing and potential customers to the trade fair.
